Goods must be returned in original condition with the packaging and receipt.

Ted's also offer protection on the price you paid for your product. If the identical product you have purchased is advertised in the press at a lower price by another merchant anywhere in Australia within 14 days of purchase, we will refund the difference, or the price in full at our discretion.
